The walk has collapsed for 54' , because ground support has been washe� away. 7he property awne� {Peerless Welding) will have to construct a walt and provide bank stabilization prior to the sidewalk being reconstructed. Then, after the sidewalk is reconstructed, the property owner reinstalls the cyclone fence. �1r. Wlaschin has been contacted .about the problcm. Only sidewalk reconstruction will be financed by Public Improvement Aid Funds. The Engineering recommendation is for approval of the order. Rice St. - University Ave, to Sherburne Ave. � This order was initiated by the Director of Public Works oh the basis of a petition with 1 signer representing 100$ of the frontage and inspection of the walk. This walk is poured concrete with tripping hazards , water pockets, disintegrated, cracked concrete panels, and scaled tipped and settled panels. Remarks : Reconstruct with integral cu�b. r Financed by PIA Funds. The Engineering recommendation is for approval of the order. (Construct to width designated on plat) . , RB DD RR JO Dist. No. 2 1077 - 1093 w. 7th St. This order was initiated by the Director of Public Works as public necessity on. the basis of l complaint and inspection of the walk.
