Supervision Received: Works under the immediate supervision of a higher level employee. Supervision Exercised: None. TYPICAL DUTIES PERFORMED The listed examples may not include all duties performed by all positions in this class. Performs entry-level routine, non-supervisory duties of a difficulty and responsibility level typified by the following: Performs routine clerical work such as filing, posting, typing, operating office equipment, sorting and distributing mail, record keeping, recep- tionist duties, data entry, answering the telephone and related duties. Performs routine attendance and inspectional work such as security patrolling and monitoring security systems, animal care and control, health service work, food preparation and service and related duties. Performs routine manual and maintenance work such as forestry and grounds maintenance, stores work, equipment maintenance, zoo keeping and light custodial work and related duties. Performs routine .technical work such as assisting library patrons, leading recreation programs, assisting with engineering or building pro�ects, assisting in human rights investigations, assisting with medical and dental programs, programming computers, assisting with planning or personnel work, preparing graphic arts materials, assisting in eval- uating and assessing property and related sub-professional duties. KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS AND ABILITIES The physical, emotional and intellectual ability required to satisfactorily perform assigned duties. The ability to understand and carry out instructions. To observe a remote monitoring system alarm panel for the School Buildings. To relay alarms to the appropriate parties. To record all occurrences on the duty report.
