Department, it ia further determined that the above building constitntes a hazardous building within the definition of Minneaota Statutes 463.15 for the following reasons: a. The subject property has been boarded up by the owner since March 20, 1979� b, Because of age, deteriorationy lack af proper maintenance and extensive fire damage, the building is deemed beyond feasible re- habilitationf c. The awners have failed to provide a plan for the rehabilita- tion or wrecking of the buildingf d. The cpnditions ontlined above constitute a public hazardj e. The owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair th� damagej t. The owners of tha above described building shall make tha aame safe and nvt detrimental to the public peace, health, safety and we1- fare by having the said building razed and the materials therefrom re- moved from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date of the service of this Orderf 2. IInless such corrective action is taken to comply with this Order or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and file d in the Office of the Clerk of the District Court of Ramsey County,, Minnesata within twenty (20) daye from the date of the service of this Order, a Motion for S�nnmary Enforeement of this Order to raze and remove the said building will be made to the Ramsey County District Gburtt 3. The building is a two story single family house of wood frame construction. The subject property has been boarded up by the owner since March 20 , 1979. This building because of age, deterioration, lack of proper maintenance, extensive fire damage and because the owner has failed to provide a plan for the rehabilitation or wrecking of the building is deemed beyond feasible rehabilitation and should be condemned and removed as soon as gossible. Inasmuch as the conditio�s outlined above constitute a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the da�age despite aur warnings, and the continued vacant and boarded up condition contribu�es a blighting influence on the neighborhood, it is t�e recommendation of this Division that this matter be re�'erred to the City Attorney' s office for r�ing and removal through District Court proceedings .
