INITIATING PROBLEM, ISSUE, OPPORTUNTTY (Who, Wbsy Wheq Where, WhY):
This is a"housekeeping" resolution formally establishing the rates of pay for [he job classi5cations that were created as a result of the
"Information Sen�ces Reorganization and Job Family Modeling Project." This three year pilot projecy established under Civil Service
Rule 8.A.6, will expire on October 28, 2001. ConsequenUy, the rates of pay for the aff'ected job classes need to be fornially established
by resolution of the City Council.

This resolulion allows for the continued compensa[ion of employees in posilions alloreted to the IS Information/Technical Analyst class

This is a"housekeeping" resolution formally establishing the rates of pay for [he job classi5cations that were created as a result of the
"Information Sen�ces Reorganization and Job Family Modeling Project." This three year pilot projecy established under Civil Service
Rule 8.A.6, will expire on October 28, 2001. ConsequenUy, the rates of pay for the aff'ected job classes need to be fornially established
by resolution of the City Council.
