RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Richard A. Glassman the sum of $84.80 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on or about
March 7, 1979, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 10, 1979.
2. Clara C. Tschida the sum of $57 .86 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
April 24, 1979, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on June 19, 1979.
3. David R. Johnson t�ie sum of $127.00 in full settle-
ment of his claim of damages sustained on August 21,
1978, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on May 1, 19790
4. State Farm Insurance Company and Jerry W. Kaufmann
the sum of $516.35 in full settlement of their claim
of damages sustained on or about February 27, 1979,
as more particularly set out in a communication to
the City Council on May 3, 1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
RICHARD A. GLASSMAN; CLARA C. TSCHIDA;
DAVID R. JOHNSON; and STATE FARM
INSURANCE COMPANY AND JERRY W. KAUFMANN
Claimant, Richard A. Glassman, was involved in an automobile
accident with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works,
vehicle on March 7, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlemsnt of
Mr. Glassman' s claim in the amount of $84 . 80.
Claimant, Clara C. Tschida, requests reimbursement for replace
of her automobile window which was damaged on Apri1 24, 1979,
by a rock thrown from a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Community Services, lawn mower. This office approves the
settlement of Ms. Tschida's claim in the amount of $57 . 86.
Claimant, David R. Johnson, requests reimbursement for damages
to his Canada Red Cherry tree which was topped by accident when
a City of Saint Paul, Department of Community Services, crew was
removing a diseased Elm tree. This office approves the settle-
ment of Mr. Johnson' s claim in the amount of $127. 00.
Claimants, State Farm Insurance Company and Jerry W. Kaufmann,
requests reimbursement for damages to Mr. Kaufmann's vehicle.
Mr. Kaufmann' s vehicle was involved in an automobi le accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works, vehicle
on February 27, 1979 . Mr. Kaufmann is insured by State Farm
Insurance Company. This office approves the settlement of
their claim in the amount of $516.35.
