It has recently been filled, levelecl and re- platted. PROPOS�D IMPROVET�:PITS: This proposal includes curbin�;, bituminous surfacing, sanita�y sewer, watermain, service connections and slope construction. The following items are no�t proposed at this time: sodding, driveways, tree planting and ornamental lighting. � ALTERIdATES: . Any of the above not included items could be added to the proposal, but most of them would be in the way and/or destroyed during the period of house construction.
