FURTHER RESOLVED, that the transfers itemized in Paragraph 2 above, are intended to be temporary
to permit prompt award of contract for the St. Anthony Hill Storm Tunnel project and it is
anticipated that said funding will be replaced in the stated projects upon receipt by the City
of proceeds from sale of 1g80 Capital Improvement Bonds and 1980 Water Pollution Abatement Bonds.
