City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Jon Seibold the sum of $68.28 in full settlement of his claim of
damages sustained on or about August 16 , 1978, as more partic-
ularly set out in a communication to the City Council on
August 16, 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
JON SEIBOLD
Claimant, Jon Seibold, requests reimbursement for damages to his
vehicle. The damage occurred when a tree limb fell from a City of
Saint Paul, Department of Community Services, vehicle and struck
Mr. Seibold's automobile. Expenses are for the repair of the
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of Mr. Seibold's claim
in the amount of $68 .28 .
