WHEREAS, Chapter 228, Laws of Minnesota 1977 , created the
Public Housing Agency of the City of Saint Paul (PHA) ; and
WHEREAS, said Chapter 228 provides for the appointment of
seven commi.ssioners of the PHA to be appointed by the Mayor
with the advice and consent of the City Council; and "'
WHEREAS, the terms of PHA Commissioners John Galles and
Peg Fourre have expired;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Saint Paul does hereby consent to and approve of the reappoint-
ment by Mayor George Latimer of John Galles of 411 South Pascal
Street, St. Paul, Minnesota, as a non-tenant commiasioner of th� �
PHA, for a five year term to expire September 1, 1984.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby consent to and agprove of the reappos:���--
, ment by Mayor George Lati.ut�� of Fre� �'ou�r�e, of 17�3 East Iowa,
St. Pau1, Minnesota, as a PHA eo�umissioner representing elderly
housing tenants, for a two year ��rm to expire Se�tember 1, 1981.
