RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper Cityofficers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. W. R. Seaberg the sum of $22. 87 in full settlement
of his claim of damages sustained on or about
March 27, 1979, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on April 19, 1979.
� 2. State Farm Insurance Company and Elaine Rademacher
the sum of $412 .13 in full settlement of their
claim of damages sustained on or about November 20,
1978, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on April 12 , 1979.

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY W. R. SEABERG; and STATE FARM
INSURANCE COMPANY AND ELAINE RADEMACHER
Claimant, W. R. Seaberg, requests reimbursemet for replacement
of his yard light which was damaged by City of Saint Paul, Depart-
ment of Community Services, tree trimming crews. This office
approves the settlement of Mr. Seaberg's claim in the amount of
$22. 87.
Claimants, State Farm Insurance Company and Elaine Rademacher,
request reimbursement for damages to Ms. Rademacher' s automobile.
Ms. Rademacher was involved in an automobile accident with a
City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works, vehicle on
November 20 , 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the vehicle.
This office approves the settlement of their claim in the amount
of $412.13.
