Kelly's Fub, inc. and Shamrock Theatre, Inc. request
that the On Saie Liquor, Sunday On �ale Liquor, Class C2-Rest-
aurant, Tavern, Off Sa1e r�lalt Beverage and Cigarette Licenses
presently issued to Kelly's Pub, Inc. at 11 W. Tenth Street, be
transferred to Shamrock lheatre, Inc. at the same address.
The officers of this corporation are John S. Connolly,
President, John L. Connolly, Secretary, and Kathleen r4. Connolly,
Treasurer. They are also the stockholders.
This establishment will be aperated by I�ichael J. Fish�
and will be Irnown as the Shamrock Theatre.
The application has been reviewed by the License and
Permit Division and the City Attorney's office. The recorrimendation
is for approval.
