RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLIC HEARING ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
PROGRAM YEAR V REDEVELOPMENT PLAN
RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Saint Paul that a
public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers , City Hall,
15 West Kellogg Boulevard, Saint Paul, Minnesota, on the 3rd day
of Julg , 1979 , at 10 o' clock a.m. , upon the proposed Redevelopment
Plan for Community Development Program Year V, June 1979, and the
public activities thereby proposed.
RESOLVED FURTHER that not less than ten (10) days prior �to
the date of said public hearing the City Clerk shall cause published
notice of the same to be given in a newspaper of general circulation
in the City of Saint Paul at least once but not less than ten (10)
days nor more than thirty (30) days prior to the date of said hearing.
