In the Matter of opening, widening and extending a North-South alley by condemning
and taking an easement for a11ey purposes on, over and across the Westerly 18
feet of the Easterly 28 feet of Lot 22, Block 7, Morton's Addition.
Also, condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for the slopes,
cuts and fills, including right of r�noval of lateral support from subject
land or remainder thereof, occasioned by excauations thereof or construction
of slopes in the grad.ing and paving of the East-West alley from the East line
of Arkwright Street to the extended East line of Lot 10, Block 7, and the
proposed North-South Alley on, over and across the Westerly 18 feet of the
Easterly 28 feet of Lot 22, Block 7, Morton's Addition.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ ' ' .
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the Seventeenth day of
Jul.y, 1979 , at 10:00 o'clock a.m., in the Council Chambers of the
City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
