RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in
full to the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney,
the proper City officers axe hereby authorized and directed to
pay out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
l. Howard L. Herma.nson the sum of $14 .80 in full settlement of
his claim of damages sustained on or about March 12, 1979,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on March 22, 1979.
2. Mrs. 011ie Mitchell the sum of $98.31 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about March 20 , 1979,
as more particularly set out in a communication to the
City Council on March 27 , 1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
HOWARD L. HERMANSON AND MRS. OLLIE MITCHELL
Claimant, Howard L. Hermanson, requests reimbursement for damages
to his automobile tire which was damaged when he hit a pothole on
March 12 , 1979, near 767-9 Payne Avenue . This office approves
the settlement of Mr. Hermanson's claim in the amount of $14. 80.
Claimant, Mrs. 011ie Mitchell, requests reimb ursement for damages
to her automobile which was damages when she hit a pothole on
March 20 , 1979, in the 600 bolock of Concordia. This office
approves the settlement of Mrs. Mitchell's claim in the amount
of $98.31 .
