WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has received a grant in the amount of
$15,000 from the Minnesota Department of Economic Development; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul must enter into a contractual agreement
with the State of Minnesota; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul hereby authorizes
and directs Mayor George Latimer to execute the necessary contractual agreement
by and between the City of Saint Paul and the State of Minnesota for the
aforementioned grant.
