In the Matter of improving Si1t�IIT AVENUE between Syndicate St. and Grigge St.
by removing the existing expansion joints and replacing them with new
expansion joints and constructing � relief joint at approach panels and
removing and replacing the top surface of the bridge deck and epproach
panels for the existing Bridge No. 62504. This bridge carries Summit
Avenue over Short Line Road and the tracks of the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company. The City Pro�ect for this work
is B=1088.

The Council of the City of Saint Paul having received the report of the Mayor upon the above improvement, and
having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof
is $ 316,900.00-1979 Municipal State Aick �Z96;800- •1979 Public Improvement$�d100.00
2. That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 26th day of ��e, 1979 , at
10:00 o'clock a.m.,in the Council Chambers of the City Hall and Court House Building in the City of Saint Paul.
3. That notice of said public hearing be given to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the
time and place of hearing,the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
