WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul approved the

Final Order for the Berry Street Storm Sewer Exten'kion (City
Project No. S-0460G2) on April 5, 1978, (C. F. No. 270816) ; and
wHEREAS, Because of the construction of said storm sewer, it
wz�ll be necessary for Burlington Northern, Inc. , to remove and
replace approximately 314 feet of track; now, therefor�, be it
RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are authorized to
execute an agreement with Burlington Northern, Inc. , to provide
for reimbursement to Burlington Northern in the estimated amount
of $8,975.00 (Burlington Northern' s expenses in removal and re-
installation of trackage) .
From Code PIR 60200-732-000 to be reimbursed from 1975 WPA
(72055-537-000) .
