CLAIM AGAINST THE CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY ROBERT S. CIERZAN
Claimant, Robert S. Cierzan, was involved in an automobile acci-
dent with a City of Saint Paul , Department of Public Works,
vehicle on February 23, 1979. Expenses are for the repair of the
damaged vehicle. This office approves the settlement of
Mr. Cierzan's claim in the amount of $250 . 00.
