WHEREAS, Betty Zachary has tendered her resignation from the
Board of Zoning Appeals, and the Mayor has notified the Council
that he has appointed James Kirk to serve on the Board of Zoning
Appeals for the, remainder of the term assigned to Betty Zachary;
and
WHEREAS, Section 64.201 provides that members of the Board of
Zoning Appeals shail be appointed by the Mayor subject to the
consent of the Council, and that such members shall be qualified
electors of the City of Saint Paul and not an official or employee
of the City; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby consent to the appointment made by the Mayor of James Kirk,
1005 St. Anthony Avenue, Saint Paul, to the Board of Zoning Appeals,
to serve for the unexpired term originally held by Betty Zachary,
until November 1, 1979.
