RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper City officers
are hereby authorized and direeted to pay out of the Tort
Ziability Fund 09070-511-411, to: D. Dianne Barz Nutzman
and David S. Anderson, her attorney, the sum of Three Hundred
Eighty-four and 66/100 Dollars ($384.66) in full settlement of
her claim for damages sustained on March 1, 1978, in an auto-
mobile accident with a 5aint Paul police car.

RE: Claim Against the City of Saint Paul by D. Dianne
Barz Nutzman
Cl.aimant, Dianne Nutzman requests reimbursement for damage
to her 1969 Chrysler automobile, which was damaged in an
accident with a Saint Paul police car on November 1, 1978.
The settl.ement reflects one-half of the damages incurred
by the c].aimant. You should be further advised that the
City recovered one-half of its damages that resulted from
the accident. That amount was $1,253. 36.
