RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a
release in full to the City, in a form to be approved
by the City Attorney, the proper City officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund 09070-511-000, to:
1. Dolores M. Rauen the sum of $75.00 in full settle-
ment of her claim of damages sustained on or about
May 19, 1978, as more particularly set out in a
communication to the City Council on September 12,
1978.
2. Charles R. Ennis and State Farm Insurance Company
the sum of $600. 00 in full settlement of their
claim of damages sustained on or about February 23,
1979, as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on March 20 , 1979.

CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
DOLORES M. RAUEN; and CHARLES R. ENNIS
AND STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY
Claima.nt, Dolores M. Rauen, requests reimbursement for medical
bills incurred when she fell on a City sidewalk on May 19, 1978.
Th� incident occurred near 631 Snelling Avenue South. This
office approves the settlement of Ms. Rauen's claim in the
amount of $75 .00.
Claimant, Charles R. Ennis, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Public Works , sanding
truck on February 23, 1979. Mr. Ennis is insured by State Farm
Insurance Company. Exprenses are for the repair of the damaged
vehicle. This office approves the settlement of their claim in
the amount of $600. 00.
