An Administrative Re solution amending the Salary
Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution by
establishing a rate of pay for the class of Asphalt
Plant Operator.
RESOLVED, that the Salary Plan and Rates of Compensation Resolution
be amended in Section II thereof, by inserting immediately after Subsection M,
the following:
"N The compensation for the class of Asphalt Plant Operator
shall be the wage rate as set forth for the class of Tractor
Operator II in the collective bargaining agreements between
the City of St. Paul, Independent School District No. 625,
and the Tri-Council, composed of Laborers Local 132,
Operating Engineers Local 49, and the Teamsters Local 120. "

2. Resolution establishing title of Asphalt Plant Operator in Section 7 of Civil
' � Service Rules. under heading of "Semi-Skilled Labor" and a class specificati�n
for this title in Sec�ion 49 of the Civil Service Rules, this title to replace . -
the titles and class specifications for Asphalt Batcherman and Asphalt Plant -

3. Resolution establishing a rate of pay for title of Asphalt Plant Oaerator which . -

4. Resolution transferring $1 ,537 from contingency_ reserve to Personnel Office ta be
