WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul vacated a
portion of Daniel Street and a portion of Lots 1 and 2, Block
194, and a portion of Lot 4, Block 191, Irvine's Addition to
West St. Paul, subject to retention of a sewer easement over
the northwesterly 15 feet thereof, and further conditioned upon
the dedication of a sewer easement over the northwesterly 15 feet
of Lots 3, 5 and 6, Block 191, and northwesterly 15 feet o�f Lot 3,
Block 194, Irvine's Addition to West St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, The conditions of the said vacation have been complied
with and the sewer easements required to be dedicated having be�n
filed of record; and
WHEREAS, The said vacation resolution authorized the proper
City officers to execute a quit claim deed releasing and conveying
any interest that the City had in the vacated property; and
WHEREAS, The owner of the adjacent properties, Neal Michael
McPhillips and Lorraine McPhillips, have requested that the City
release and quit claim any interest that it might have in portions
of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 , Block 191, and Lots 1, 2 and 3, Block 194,
Irvine 's Addition to West St. Paul in order to assist him in the
registration of title to these lots; and
WHEREAS, The request has been reviewed by the Valuation
Engineer and he recommends that the City Council comply with the
request and execute a quit claim deed as to those portions of
property because the City of Saint Paul does not claim nor possess
any interest in the same, subject however to the City retaining a
sewer easement over the northwesterly 15 feet thereof; now, there-
fore, be it .

RESOLVED, That the proper City officers be and are hereby
authorized and directed to execute a quit claim deed on behalf
of the City of Saint Paul to Neal Michael McPhillips and Lorraine
McPhillips as to the following described property:
The Northwesterly 56. 8 feet of the southeasterly
90 feet of the southwesterly 15 feet of Lot 3, Block
191;
The Northwesterly 56. 8 feet of the southeasterly
90 feet of Lots 4, 5 and 6 , Block 191, together
with that part of the northeasterly half of adjoin-
ing Daniel Street, formerly Water Street vacated,
lying between the extensions across said street
of the northwesterly and southeasterly line of said
northwesterly 56. 8 feet of the southeasterly 90
feet of said Lot 6;
The Northwesterly 56. 8 feet of the southeasterly 90
feet of Lots 1 and 2 , Block 194, together with that
part of the southwesterly half of adjoining Daniel
Street, formerly Water Street vacated, lying between
