EASEMENT
TiIIS LNDENTLTRE, made this 2oth_ day of April, 1979, by and be-
tween TI3E UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT through its DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING .
A:�TD URBAN DEVELOPMENT, party of the first part, and the CITY OF
SF'�rIT PAIIL, a municipal corporation unc3er tha laws of the State� of
Minnesota, party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the saic� p�rty of tha first part, in eonsic3era-
tion of the sum of One Do�.lars ($1a00) ancl other good and valuable
consideration, the receipt whereo� is hereby acknowledged, does
hereby grant, bargain, quitclaim and �onvey unto said party of the
second part, its successors and assigns, forever, a perpetual right
and easement to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain� repair and
use a public storm water tunnel, in, along and through tracts or
parcels of land, legally described on the attached Exhibit "C" which
is made a part heraof, all lying and being in the City of Saint Paul,
County of Ramsey and State of Minnesota,
Reservin:g to said party of the first part the full, absolute and
exclusive use and en�oyment of aIl rights over and above said easament
area which are not inconsistent with the easement, including the right
to connect storm water inlet structure to said public storm sewer.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, the said party of the first part has
causad this instrument to be executed and its seal affixed thereto
by due and proper authority as of the day and year first above writteno
