Whereas, upon the facta presented at the said hearing consisting
of photographs, inspection reparts and the recommendation of the
Building Department, it is further determined that the above building
constitutes a hazardous building within the definition of Minnesota
Statutes 463.15 for the following reasonss
a, The building is a collapsed garaget
;
b. The sub�ect property has not been boarded up by the owner
or the Citys
c. The abone conditions constitute a public hazardT
d. The owner has made no attempts to satisfactorily repair the
damnget
e. The continued condition contributes a blighting influence on
the neighborhoodf
now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That in accordance with Minnesota Statutes Sectic►ns
463.15 through 463,25, and based upon the foregoing f�.nding� of the
City Council, the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby make

safe and not detrimental to the public peace, health, aafety and wel-
fare by having the said building razed and the materials therefrom re-
moved from the premises within thirty (30) days from the date c�f the
service of this Order,i
2. Unless such corrective actie�n is taken to cotnply with this
Order or an anewer aerved upon the City of Saint Paul and fi�.ed in the
Office of ,the Clerk of the D�.atrict Court of Ramaey Cotxnty, Minneeota
within tates�ty (20) daye from the date of the service of thi� Order, a
