RESOLVED, that upon execution and delivery of a Release
in full to the City of Saint Paul, the proper city officers
are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort
Liability Fund, 09070-511-424 , to: Roberto Olivarez, the sum
of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000. 00) in full settlement of
his claim for damages sustained on October 16,1976, as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on
May 10, 1977.

The above claimant requests reimbursement for damages and injuries
sustained on October 16, 1976, resulting from an incident arising
out of an arrest by police officers at or near the Lafayette Bridge
in St. Paul.
This office approves the settlement of this claim in the amount of
$4, 000. 00.
