WHEREAS, Gerald Flathman, who passed away on Noyember 18,
served the City of Saint Paul for ovex �orty years; and
WHEREAS, during his employment taith the city he was
instrumental in organizing basketball and softball leagues; and
WHEREAS, Gerald Flathman devoted his life to the service
of the youth of Saint Paul; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Paul expresses its
sincere sympathy to the fainily of Gerald Flathman.
