WHEREAS, there presently exist two vacancies on the Parking
Commission, which Commission was established to aid the City of
Saint Paul in the resolution of parking problems in Saint Paul;
and
WHEREAS, it has been recommended that Barbara Penn be re-
appointed and William J. Eiden appointed to a three-year term
on the Commission to expire on September 21, 1982.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council of the City
of Saint Paul approves the reappointment and appointment of
Barbara Penn and William J. Eiden, respectively, to the Parking
Commission for the three year period ending September 21, 1982.

I am submitting for your consideration and approval
a Council R�solution appointing the following persons
to serve as members of the Parking Commission of the
City of Saint Paul:
William��J.' Eiden, General Manager, Danaldsons,
Saint Paul, MN 55101, representing Owners, Operators,
or Managers of Parking Facilities, or from Major
Retail Traffic Generators, appointed to a three-
year term which will expire on September 21, 1382; and
Reappointing Barbara Penn, 631 �nlarwick, Saint Paul,
Mn 55116, representing the Public at Large, to serve
a three-year term which expires on September 21, 1982.
