RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby approve the Applications for abatement and the cancellation
of assessment of property taxes against the property owned by the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul,
Minnesota, the property being more particularly described in the
Department of Property Taxation Application Nos. 96202 and 96203.
FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is directed to transmit
a copy of this Resolution to the Ramsey County Department of
Property Taxation.
