WFF�REAS, the City of Saint Paul acquired by condemnatiun for the
grading of Winter Street a permanent easement for slope purposes over a
part of the west 1�2 of Lot 7, Bloek 13, Ashton and Sherburne's Addition;
and
WFII�REAS, Winter Street has been graded to its f1a11 width ami a side-
walk constructed at the property line, and the easemerrt 3s no lon�er needed;
and
WHERF�S, the repr�sentative of the awner of the west 1�2 of Lot 7,
Block 13, Ashton and Sherburne's Addition, has requested that the City re-
lease the perma.nent slope easem�nt, and the Public Works Department has
reco�nmended that the City concur 3.n �his request; no�w, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby re-
lease the permanent easement for slope purposes over the west 1�2 of Lot 7,
Block 13, Ashton and Sherburne's Add3.tion.
