WI�REAS, a s part of the Summit-University Urban Renewa 1 Praj ect
the City of S�int Paul, the Housing �and Redevelopment Authority of
the City of Saint Paul, a nd Central Village Association I, agre�d
that Central Village Association I would dedicate to the City of
Saint Paul cert�in lands for street purposesj and
WI�REP,S, Centrnl Village Association I is now prepared to dedicmte
said property to the City in a form and m�nner approved by the Cityt
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of
Saint Paul does hereby authorize and direct the proper City officers
to accept from Ce�ntral Village Association I, and on behalf of the
City for street purposesj two Deeds of Dedication pertaining to thr�t
certain cul-de-sac on the northerly side of Central Avenue betwesn
its intersections with Dale Street and Western which bear� the
following legal description: �

described as followss

89°51' 59" W (assumed bearing as per plat) 35.0 feet nlong
