WHEREAS, the Community Health Services Act, Laws of Minnesota for 1976,
Chapter 9, provides subsidies for which the City of Saint Pau) is eligible, upon sub-
mission of a Community Health Services Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul, in conjunction with the County of Ramsey,
has developed a Community Health Services Plan, in accordance with said act; and
WHEREAS, the Ramsey County Community Health Services Advisory Committee
has approved said plan;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, thpt the Council of the City of Saint
Paul, acting as the Saint Paul Board of Health, approves and adopts the Ramsey County
Community Health Services Plan for 1980-81 and hereby directs the proper City officials
to submit said plan to the Minnesota Department of Health and the appropriate local
and regional review agencies.
