RESOLVED, that upon e�ecution and delivery of a reiease
in fu7.7. to the City of Saint Paul, the proper city officers are
hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the Tort Liability
Fund 09070-511-424, to: Jay T. Ragalie and Judith Ragalie and
Farmers Insurance Group and Lais, Bannigan and Ciresi, their
attorneys, the sum of $1,000.00 in full settlement of their �
c�aim for damages sustained on July 15, 1977 as more particularly
set out in a communication to the City Council September 29, 1977.

Claim against City of Saint Paul by
Jay T. Ragalie and Judith Ragalie
Claimants , Jay T. Ragalie and Judith Ragalie, have brought suit against
the City of Saint Paul seeking damages for injuries sustained by
Mr. Ragalie when he fell on a City sidewalk on July 15, 1977 .
Mrs. Ragalie has claimed loss of services due to Mr. Ragalie 's injuries.
The City has resolved this disputed matter for $1,000 .00 and recommends
approval thereof.
