RESOLVED, that permission and authority are hereby granted to
the Ramsey County Historical Society to install and maintain a
historical marker 1� honor of Edward Phalen's cabin, site of the
first known dwelling in downtoam St. Pawl in 1838. ThTs historical
marker shal l be instal led on the hand rai 1 of the lGel logg Boulevard
viaduct ove rlooking Eagle Street in a manner acceptable to the Depart-
ment of Public Works.
