WI�REAS, on September 4, 1979 the City Cvuncil appraved the report of
the Valuation En�ineer dated July 31, 1979, reco�amended appraval of the
vacation petition of Donald and Mar�ery Turek for the north 1�2 of Magoffin
Avenue, between the Ford Co�npe�r�y Spur Track and Colette Place; said
appraval subject to the petitioner ar�d, the Valuation Engineer negotiatin�
a mutua]1y acceptable compensation figure in lieu of the $3,150.00 figure
originally recommended; and �
WHER�AS, the negotiations resulted in a revised compensation recarn-
mendation in the amount of $2,400.00; and
WHEREAS, the Cauncil Resolut3on, C.F. 273804, which approved the va-
cation, required compensation in the amaunt of $3,150.00; nc�,r therefore,
be it
RESOLVED, that the C.F. 27380�+, be amended by deleting the compensation
amaunt of'�3,150.00" and in its place substituting, the figure"�2,�+00.00";
and be it
FURTI�R RESOL`VED, that in all other respects C.F. 27380�+ shall rema.in
in flzll force and effect.
