City officers are hereby authoriz�d and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. Barbara J. Bour the sum of $600.00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about August 18, 1979 , as more
particularly set out in a communication to the City Council on
September 4, 1979 .
2. Mrs. Clara M. Carlson the sum of $32.00 in full settlement of
her claim of damages sustained on or about August 13, 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City Council
on September 11, 1979 . � ..

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIMS AGAINST CITY OF SIANT PAUL BY
BARBARA J. BOUR; MRS . CLARA �i. CARLSON;
OHIO CASUALTY GROUP; and BERNARD BEARTH
AND PAULINE M. BEARTH
Claimant, Barbara J. Bour, was involved in an automobile accident
with a City of Saint Paul, Department of Police, vehicle on August 18 ,
1979 . Expenses are for the repair of the damaged vehicle. This
office approves the settlement of Ms . Bour's claim in the amount of
$600 .00 .
Claimant, Mrs . Clara M. Carlson, requests reimbursement for damages
to her glasses . The glasses were broken when she fell on a City of
Saint Paul sidewalk on August 13 , 1979 . This office approves the
settlement of Mrs . Carlson's claim in the amount of $32.00 .
Claimant, Ohio Casualty Group, requests reimbursement for monies it
paid out to repair a vehicle owned by James P. Jesse, Sr. Mr. Jesse
was involved in an automobile accident with a City of Saint Paul ,
Department of Public Works , vehicle on February 23, 1979 . This
office approves the settlement of the Ohio Casualty Group's claim in
the amount of $610 .16 .
