RESOLVED, That the proper City officials are hereby auth—
orized and directed to execute a Lease Agreement with Space
Center Minnesota, Inc. , said lease covering the period of January
l, 1980 through December 31, 1981, and pertaining to the lease of
warehouse space for the storage of voting machines; a copy of
said lease to be kept on file and of record in the Department of
Finance and Management Services.
