adoptecl an Order approving assessment for constructing a certain
sanitary secaer and sewer connections as more fully set forth in
Council File No. 273914; and,
WtiEREAS, on OctoUer 23, 1979, the City Council of Saint Paul
adopted an Order approving assessment for constructinS a water main
and water service connections as more fully set Lortii in Council
File No. 273915; and,
WFI�R�AS, on October 23, 1979, the City Council of Saint Paul
adopted an Order approving assessment for gradinb and surfacing,
constructing curU and gutter and drainage facilities as more fully
set forttl in Council File No. 273916; and,
l•1�1LREAS, additional information concernins the aforesaid projects
may be found in File Nos. 17811G, 17812, 17813 and 17365, referenced
in tize Urders approving said assessments; and,
�,�I(EP.E:'1S, said assessments have been applied in part to ccrtain real
