An administrative Resolution amending the Civil
5ervice Rules to establish a procedure for
employee referrals.
RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be amended by adding
the following Section 33 immediately after Section 32:
"33 EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROCEDURES
The Council shall adopt by Resolution formal
procedures for referring employees who are
thought to have personal health problems to
appropriate professional resource persons for
evaluation.
Personal health problems for the purposes of
this Section shall include alcaholism, dr�.g
abuse, and mential. or physical problems. "
