RESOLVED, That in accordance with Section 231 .02 (as amended by
Ordinance No. 14662, approved December l , 1970) dealing with Sewer Service
Charges, the Council does hereby set a public hearing on the proposed
Sewer Service Charges for the year 19$0 to be held onDecember 27 , 1979,
at 10:00 A.M. , in the Council Chambers , and the City Clerk is i�ereby
directed to publish notice of said hearing; the publication of which is
to be had at least seven days before the hearing.
