RESOLVED, that the Civil Service Rules be amended in Section 28,B, Subsection 2, so that said Subsection 2 shall read as follows: "2. For positions requiring college graduation as a minimum requirement, an appointee possessing a Master's Degree in the designated field directly related to the duties of his/her position who has not used such additional education for experience in meeting tlie requir�d qualifications for the position, shall be paid Step C in the 5tandard Range prescribed by the Council for this position. For accounting positions, the C. P.A. (Certified Public Accountant) Certificate shall be considered the same as a Master�s Degree in Business Administration.
