WHEREAS, on October 23, 1979 the City Council approved the report of the
Valuation Engi.neer dated October 23, 1973 recommending approval of the
petition of Edward Warn, et al for the vacation of portions of alleys in
the block bounded by Maryland Avenue West, Como Boulevaxd, Avon Street
and Rose Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the Council Resolution, Council File 271+006, did approve the
condition requiring that the petitioners agree to be responsible for
securing, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney and within 90 days
of the publication of the Council Resolution, an alley dedication to the
City of Saint Paul embracing the following described property;
the north 10 feet of the west 20 feet of Lot 5 and
the north 10 feet of Zots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 all in
B1ock l, Como Addition;now therefore be it
RESOLVED, that �he Council File 27�+006 be amended by deleting the afore-
mentioned described property and in its place substituting the following
described property:
the north 20 feet of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10,
Block 1 Como Addition; and be it
FURTHER RE5 OLVED, that in all other respects Council File 271+006 shall
remain in full force and effect.
