WHEREAS� certain real properties within the City have been forfeited
for reasons of nonpayment of real estate ta.xes, and the Ramsey County
Department of Property Taxation has presented to the City Council these
tax forfeited properties for approval as nonconservation lands and the
sale thereof, all in accordance with Secti,on 282.01, Minnesota Statutes;
and
WTT-iERF.AS; it is requested that the City Council give its iffinediate approval
of the classif`ication and sale of these tax forfeited properties; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED; that the Council of the City o� Saint Paul does hereby approve
as nonconservation the list of improved tax forfeited lands of 1979
transmitted to the City by the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation,
and the sale thereof is hereby authorized and approved by this Council;
properties described as:
