RESOLVED, That upon execution and delivery of a release in full to
the City, in a form to be approved by the City Attorney, the proper
City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay out of the
Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
l. State Farm Insurance Company and Jeannie Hogan the sum of $208.24
in full settlement of their claim of damages sustained on or
about April 23, 1979 , as more particularly set out in a communica-
tion to the City Council on September 13 , 1979 .

M E M O R A N D U M
CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL BY
STATE FARM INSURANCE COMPANY AND
JEANNIE HOGAN
Claimant, Jeannie Hogan, and her insurance carrier, State Farm Insur-
ance Company, request reimbursement for damages to Ms. Hogan's auto-
mobile which was damaged by a City of Saint Paul, Department of
Community Services , stump removal vehicle. This office approves the
settlement of their claim in the amount of $208 .24 .
