granted without vehicles for the purpose of transfer, and be it further
RESOLVS�: That Application Q12210 for the transfer of Taxicab License No. 102 and Taxicab
License No. 107 issued to St. Paul Yellow Cab Co., Inc. at 1t00 Selby Avenue, be and
the same axe hereby transferred to Delmar D. Strehlow at the same address, doing
business as Yellow Cab, vehicles described as follows:
