WHEREAS, 3M, Wells Rargo, M/H Gas Station, and the White Bear Business Associa6on have
collected over $4,000, and
WHEREAS, this money will be given to fhe District IV Community Council to purchase a Kustom
Signals Prolaser III Speed Monitoring Device , and
'WHEREAS, the District IV Community Council will donate this equipment to the Saint Paul Police
Department for use by the oFficers in the Eastern District, on neighborhood traffic issues that are
reported to the Eastern District Coii�mand Staff, and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Saint Pau1 accepts this donation and eatends its sincere thanks to
3M, Wells Fargo, M/H Gas Station, the Wlute Bear Business Association, and District IV Community
Council for this generous donation.
