RFSOLVED: That Application Q ].11�.73 for the transfer of the Class C3-Drive In Restaurant License,
expiring September 25, 1980, AND Application Q 1].L.�71� for the transfer of the Cigarette
Location and Cigarette Vending Machine �perator (2M) License, expiring March 31, 1980,
all issued to Char-Kay, Inc. at 201t5 i`jarshall Avenue, be and the same are hereby trans-
ferred to W. W. P.� Inc. at the same address, doing business as Burger Chef� sub�ect
to the following conditions:
1. That a tight fence, approximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height be constructed
and maintained along the alley or north property line of the restaurant from
the north corner of the building to the northeast and northwest corners of the
prope rty.
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east side of the
building so that delinery service will be possible from Marshall Avenue or
south side.
3. That the outdoor floodlighting will be directed or shielded in such a way so
that there will be no direct rays shining on the residences to the north of
the restaurant.
