WHEREAS, Mayor George Latimer has served with distinction as a member of
the board of the League of P�innesota Cities; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Latimer has, through his work with the League of Minnesota
Cities, developed statewide support for Legislative positions
favorable to the City of Saint Paul ; and �.
WHEREAS, Mayor Latimer was elected President of the League of Minnesota
Cities on January 14, 1980;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT
RESOLVED, that the City Council offers congratulations to Mayor Latimer
on his election as President of the League of Minnesota Cities.
