The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the
above improvement, due notice thereof having been given as prescribed by the City
Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendatYons
pertaining to said proposed improvement and has fully considered the same; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the
above-described improvement be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed
and authorized to proceed with the improvement; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, That upon the completion of said improvement, the proper City
officers shall calculate all expenses incurred therein and shall report the same to
the City Council in accordance with Chapter 14 of the City Charter.

and the Council having heard all persons, objections and recommendations relative
thereto, and having fully considered the same; herefore, be it

improvement to be made.
Further Assolved, That the Council hereby determines that the estate required
for this improvement be as described above, and that the proper City officers submit
a report to the City Council for the purpose of the Council�s making an award of
damages for the interest acquired and detexmination o£ assessments, if any, against
the benefitted property.

Hi Peter,
i received a request to rescind an order to improve an alley that was approved by the City Councit on
March 8, 2000. The file is #18923 and #18923S. One of the neighbors has re-circulated a petition and
wili be sending it to our office and Paui SL Martin once he has all of the signatures.
I falked fo Paul St. Martin and bids had gone out on this project in July. The bids Paul received back were
way too high and he decided that he would send bids out again in the spring. f'm nof sure wfiat we need
to do
Will you please let me know what we need to do to fhrough your department to rescind this order.

i received a request to rescind an order to improve an alley that was approved by the City Councit on
March 8, 2000. The file is #18923 and #18923S. One of the neighbors has re-circulated a petition and
wili be sending it to our office and Paui SL Martin once he has all of the signatures.
I falked fo Paul St. Martin and bids had gone out on this project in July. The bids Paul received back were
way too high and he decided that he would send bids out again in the spring. f'm nof sure wfiat we need
to do

The Council of the City of Saint Paul has conducted a public hearing upon the
above improvement, due notice thereof having been given as prescribed by the City
Charter; and
WHEREAS, The Council has heard all persons, objections and recommendatYons
pertaining to said proposed improvement and has fully considered the same; now,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does hereby order that the
above-described improvement be made, and the proper City officers are hereby directed
