proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to pay
out of the Tort Liability Fund 09070-511-000 , to:
1. Loni Marie Houle the sum of $45 .00 in full settlement of her
claim of damages sustained on or about November 20 , 1979 , as
more particularly set out in a communication to the City
Council on November 29 , 1979 .

CLAIM AGAINST CITY OF SAINT PAUL
BY LONI MARIE HOULE
Claimant, Loni Marie Houle, requests reimbursement for towing
and storage fees incurred when her motorcycle was towed from the
scene of an accident on November 20 , 1979 . This office approves
the settlement of Ms . Houle 's claim in the amount of $45.00 .
